Our Total Plan for Your Family Trust in Englewood, CO

Smiling Senior Couple after Planning Family Trust, Englewood, CO

There's nothing more important than family. For the well-being of your loved ones, it's important to create an estate plan that will guarantee that they are looked after when you are no longer around to do so.

What Is the Total Family Trust Plan?

The Total Family Trust Plan is a comprehensive estate plan for your family based on your specific needs. Mr. Peotter will prepare your family trust in Englewood, CO, or his Tustin, California, office, for one reasonable flat fee. It includes trusts and documents you need while you are still alive, including plans for dementia and Alzheimer's, etc. This is an important component of the plan as more and more people want to know which affairs they need to manage while still alive. The plan includes:

  • Two Consultations with an Attorney
  • A Revocable Living Trust Tailored to Your Specific Needs
  • Durable Power(s) of Attorney for Finances
  • Pour-Over Wills
  • Guardian Instructions
  • Advance Health Care Directive(s)
  • Dementia Advance Directive(s)
  • Real Property Deed Transfer
  • Trust Funding Tools & Instructions
  • Free Notary For In-Office Clients
  • Inherited IRA Trust (Optional)
  • Special Needs Trust (Optional)
  • Irrevocable Trusts (Optional)

Already Have an Existing Estate Plan?

The Law Offices of Bruce Peotter will review your current estate planning documents. You will then receive a comprehensive review of your current living trust plan in writing.

Our law firm has reviewed hundreds of living trusts prepared by trust mills, online document companies, and other attorneys. Unfortunately, many of these plans include improper or omitted provisions that could have saved the estate thousands of dollars. More importantly, these plans did not manage the estate the way the client wanted. We have developed the Total Family Trust Plan Review to go over the strengths and weaknesses of your current plan but also to truly determine what you want to be accomplished with your plan.

Our Total Family Trust Plan Review is done for a flat fee that is fully credited toward the cost of a new Total Family Trust Plan, should you choose to replace your existing trust.

The Process

After careful analysis of each client's current family and financial situation, and after developing an understanding of the client's estate planning goals and objectives, Bruce develops the estate planning strategies that he feels would best achieve those goals and objectives. After the client thoroughly understands the strategies and planning that he is recommending, he then drafts the appropriate estate planning documents for the client to review. Before implementing the documents, he meets with the client to review the documents together and make sure that the client thoroughly understands key provisions in the estate plan.

After the documents have been executed, he then assists that client with the re-titling process, ensuring that the created trusts are properly funded. The clients are then entered into our database and are kept informed of any future changes in the law that might affect their estate plan.
