Fees & Costs
The Law Offices of Bruce Peotter believes that everyone is entitled to quality legal services at a reasonable price. Bruce feels that most of his clients prefer a flat, fixed fee, as opposed to hourly fees. As such, in most cases, after the free, initial client conference, he quotes a flat fee for performing the work and implementing the estate plan or administering the estate or trust. However, due to the complexity of certain matters and the uncertainty of outcomes, he also offers reasonable hourly rates. In either event, all of his clients engage the firm by executing a Fee Agreement that outlines the work to be performed and clearly establishes the fees that will be incurred.
Since 1994, the people of Englewood, Colorado, and Tustin, California, have chosen Bruce Peotter when seeking an estate planning attorney. He is experienced in drafting personal estate plans which he calls the Total Family Trust Plan, as well as negotiating and drafting complex real estate agreements, and many other legal practice areas.
